GROUND FLOOR
A large living room over 11.5 metres (36 feet) long with a fully equipped kitchen at one end, dining table in the middle which seats 8 (with extensions for another 4 or 7 people) and a sitting area with sofas and arm chairs at the far end. There are three sets of French windows off this room onto a long covered terrace, with views across the hills. There is a wood burning fire place. A computer for guest use is available, together with a selection of DVDs in English.
The kitchen has a large gas hob (six rings), two electric ovens (one large and one small), two dishwashers, a double sink, many surfaces, and a large supply of pans, bowls, utensils, china and glassware. The kitchen is very well equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking. There is a large number of English cookery books on Italian cooking’.
Separate sitting room, with French doors onto a different terrace. The sitting room has book shelves filled with English novels (for adults and children) and cupboards full of games. There is a wood burning stove here. A cool room in the summer and a cosy room in the winter.
In addition. On the ground floor there is a large larder (with a substantial freezer/ice maker), toilet and utility room with a washing machine, dryer and hanging space.

Four large double bedrooms
Bedroom 1, kingsize bed, large ensuite bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and sink), wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom 3. twin beds which can be zipped together to make a large double, wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom 5, large attic dormitory room with five standard size single beds and chest of drawers; restricted height in part of this room.

There is a broadband/ Wi-Fi connection in the house.
The barn
Twenty metres from the front door, up a series of steps. It has one large studio room sleeping four and a separate bathroom
On the ground floor there are two standard single beds. Above these, built against the wall, are two raised bunk beds, each comprising standard width, 7 foot, single mattresses.
The bathroom is two rooms; an ante room with a sink and mirror and then a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
There is no broadband/ Wi-Fi connection in the barn.
The barn is particularly suitable for a group of teenagers but it wouldn’t be suitable for younger children as it is separate from the main house.
