The house, rebuilt in 2011 to a very high specification, has a carefully designed layout and a great mix of rooms, making it spacious and comfortable for up to 13 people, with room for an additional four people in the converted barn. It is furnished as a home and not as a holiday rental.

The main house has five bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 13 people

  • three bathrooms (one ensuite), and two additional separate toilets

Where?

Sant’ Angelo in Pontano is in the Macerata district of Le Marche, between the Sybilline mountains and the sea. Nearest towns of note are San Ginesio, Sarnano, Macerata, Toelntino, Fermo, Civitinova and Porto San Giorgio.  

Getting to the house

Sant’ Angelo is an easy 1.10 hour drive from Ancona airport, 1.15 from Perugia, 2 hours from Pescara airport, and 3 hours from Bologna airport and Rome. You will need a car to get to the village. Once at the house, you can live "out of the village" without transport.
